The Manitoba Trucking Association has partnered with The Humphrey Group to locally replicate the very popular Next Generation Certificate Program™ for current and future senior leaders in the transportation and logistics sector. This program is taught widely, to great acclaim, across many Canadian Trucking Alliance member organizations. Manitoba transportation and logistics leaders will no longer need to travel out of the province to obtain this type of development.

This is an intensive leadership development program designed to equip emerging leaders in the transportation industry with the strong communication skills required of successful leaders. Each module focuses on a specific area of communication skills development. The overall objective of the program is to provide the next generation of leaders with the ability to inspire action in others – from drivers, to customers, to executive teams.

Program Structure - UPDATED

The Next Generation Certificate Program™ will be delivered virtually starting April 17th, with on-line work and tele-coaching. There will be two virtual sessions held on April 17th (one in the morning, one in the afternoon) with the remaining modules covered over the following few weeks. There is some pre-course work. Module five is self-paced. This fully virtual session is great for remote learners, bite-sized learning segments, and easy to integrate on-the-job spacing or for owner operators.
