MTA Staff
Executive Director: Bob Dolyniuk
Bob Dolyniuk oversees the planning and priorities of the Association. Bob looks after financial and budgeting concerns, political liaison, and relations with all levels of government, in both administrative and legislative functions. He handles media relations and, along with members of the Executive, acts as a spokesperson for the industry.
Bob is a Vice-President of the Canadian Trucking Alliance, and a member of a variety of MTA committees, including the Executive and Board of Directors, Safety, MPI liaison, Freight Claims and Worker's Compensation committees. He also represents the MTA on industry committees of broader interest, such as the WCB Employer Task Force, and the Winnipeg and Manitoba Chambers of Commerce. He is also a contributing editor to the Western Highway News.
Manager: Geoff Sine
Geoff Sine provides ongoing support and assistance to the General Manager, handles membership inquiries and supervises office and staff administration.
Geoff manages the annual events and his committee responsibilities include the Associated Trades Division and the Vehicle Maintenance Council. Additionally, he also administers the golf tournaments and curling bonspiels for Association members and coordinates any special seminars.
Accounting / Office Administrator: Vanda Curden
Vanda Curden is our pleasant voice on the telephone and is there to greet all visitors to our office. She supports the other staff members whenever and wherever required. She is currently responsible for the office accounting, including accounts payable and receivable. She also manages the sales and distribution of our product sales including J.J. Keller products for the transportation industry.
Program and Member Services Coordinator: Susan Green
Susan coordinates the MTA’s safety and training programs including Transportation of Dangerous Goods, Hours of Service, PDIV, LCV, and Class 1 Instructor Training, as well as our Driver of the Month and Driver of the Year programs. She edits our annual Trucking Guide for Shippers Directory publication, and is the internal committees contact for the Bulk Milk Haulers Division, Professional Truck Driving Championships and Careers Committee. Susan is also responsible for member services including recruiting and promoting the MTA’s products and services.
MPI Entry Level Professional Truck Driver Training Program Administrator: Wendy Elias-Lopez
Wendy coordinates the day-to-day operations of the MPI Entry Level Professional Truck Driver Training Program. Wendy is responsible for promoting, recruiting and administering the program's operational components. Wendy also works closely with all our partners to ensure up-to-date program information is disseminated on an ongoing basis.
